Our letter pricing remains the same no matter where your event is held. However,
events located more than 30 miles from our Ashland, Ohio home base are subject
to a delivery fee based on travel distance.
We’ll always provide a complete, upfront quote before you book—no hidden fees or
surprises. Simply tell us your event date, venue location, and the marquee display you’d
like, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Our marquee letters are approximately 3 feet tall, making them the perfect statement piece for your event! We also offer one special set of 4-foot-tall letters that spell “LOVE.”
We have a large inventory of 165 marquee letters, numbers, and select shapes!
Because availability depends on your event date and the combination you’re requesting, just let us know what you’d like to spell or create, and we’ll check availability for you.

Yes. Because each rental includes delivery, setup, and teardown, we have minimum rental amounts based on your event location.

Our delivery minimum helps cover the time, travel, fuel, vehicle expenses, labor, and logistics involved in bringing your marquee letters to your event, setting them up, and returning to pick them up afterward.
For events farther from our Ashland location, the time and travel involved can add up quickly, especially when delivery and pickup require several hours on the road.
We want every event to receive the full Marquee Magic experience, from careful delivery and professional setup to timely pickup. Our goal isn’t simply to drop off your letters: we handle the logistics from start to finish so you can focus on celebrating! ✨
Yes! Our marquee letters are illuminated and require access to a standard electrical outlet.
Hosting your event somewhere without easy access to power? No problem! We offer a portable Jackery Power Station rental for $150/day, so you can enjoy the glow wherever your event takes you. ✨
Yes! Our marquee letters are designed to withstand most typical outdoor weather conditions and are a great addition to outdoor events.
That said, safety always comes first! Because our letters are metal and illuminated, we cannot set up outside in the open air during lightning storms or severe weather.
Our marquee letters are checked before every rental to make sure everything is working properly. However, if a bulb unexpectedly goes out during your event, don’t worry!
We leave a box of replacement bulbs at every rental, so you can easily swap out a bulb if needed and keep the magic glowing. ✨
Yes, absolutely! We LOVE our balloon partners and think balloons, florals, and other décor can take your marquee setup to the next level! ✨
